Every property is different, which is why my services and rates are flexible. Depending on the responsibilities involved and how frequently your property needs attention, services can be arranged on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Pricing Options
Monthly: $400 per month includes 1 weekly visit*/4 visits per month and evaluations
Weekly: $100 per week includes 1 weekly visits and evaluation
Daily: $100 per day includes visit and evaluation
Hourly: $50 per hour for additional visits and extra hours within the monthly, daily or weekly bookings
*a visit and evaluation typically takes up to 2 hours. Any extra hours will reflect the hourly charge.
You don’t have to live at the shore house or be at your forever home 24/7 to know what’s happening there.
